Qbet Responsible Gaming

At Qbet, gambling is intended to remain a form of entertainment. Casino games and sports betting involve financial risk, and there is no system or strategy that removes the possibility of losing money.

Responsible gaming means deciding in advance how much time and money you are prepared to spend, reviewing your activity and taking a break when gambling is no longer comfortable or controlled.

Qbet provides several account tools for this purpose, including deposit limits, net deposit limits, activity checks, timeouts and self-exclusion. These controls are available through the Responsible Gambling section of your account.

Responsible Gaming at Qbet

Our responsible gaming tools are designed to give you practical control over both spending and time.

You can use them before gambling becomes a concern. Setting a budget or activity reminder in advance is usually more useful than trying to make a decision after a long session or a loss.

A few basic rules can help keep gambling within planned limits:

  • Decide on a gambling budget before depositing.
  • Use money that is not required for bills, rent, food or other essential expenses.
  • Do not borrow money to gamble.
  • Do not increase stakes simply to recover a previous loss.
  • Set a time limit before starting a session.
  • Take breaks rather than continuing because a game or bet has just ended.
  • Review your transactions and deposits regularly.
  • Avoid gambling when upset, stressed or under financial pressure.
  • Stop if gambling begins to affect work, relationships, finances or everyday responsibilities.

A win does not guarantee another win, and a previous loss does not make a future winning result more likely. Gambling results should not be treated as a source of predictable income.

Qbet Responsible Gaming Tools

You can manage the main controls from My Account → Responsible Gambling. Qbet provides deposit limits, net deposit limits, activity checks, timeouts and self-exclusion.

Deposit Limits

A deposit limit controls how much money can be deposited into your Qbet account during a selected period.

You can set:

Deposit limitPeriod
DailyRolling 24-hour period
WeeklyRolling 168-hour period
MonthlyRolling 730-hour period

When your limit has been reached, further deposits are rejected until the relevant period expires.

Reducing an existing deposit limit takes effect immediately. An increase or removal of the limit takes effect after 24 hours, providing time to reconsider the change before additional deposits become available.

You can see your current deposit-limit information when you enter the deposit area.

A personal deposit limit should reflect what you can afford to spend rather than the maximum amount available in your bank account.

Net Deposit Limits

Qbet also provides a Net Deposit Limit.

Instead of counting deposits alone, this control takes completed withdrawals into account. Net deposits are calculated as the amount deposited minus completed withdrawals during the selected period.

Net Deposit Limits can be set on a daily, weekly or monthly basis through the Responsible Gambling section. Once the limit is reached, additional deposits are blocked until the applicable period allows them again.

For example, withdrawals can reduce your net deposited amount because money returned from the account is included in the calculation.

Deposit limits and net deposit limits therefore work differently. Choose the control that makes your spending easiest to understand and manage.

Activity Check

It is possible to remain in a casino or betting session longer than intended, particularly when moving between several games or events.

The Qbet Activity Check displays a reminder after a time interval selected by you.

Available intervals are:

  • 30 minutes
  • 60 minutes
  • 120 minutes

You can find Activity Check under My Account → Responsible Gambling, below the deposit-limit controls.

Use the reminder as a point to review how long you have been active, your current spending and whether you still want to continue the session.

Taking a Timeout From Qbet

A timeout temporarily blocks access to your Qbet account.

Current timeout periods are:

  • 24 hours
  • 7 days
  • 30 days
  • 90 days

During the selected timeout, you cannot log in normally to the account. The control is available from the Responsible Gambling section.

A timeout can be useful when you want a defined period away from gambling without choosing a longer self-exclusion.

If you decide that your timeout should be longer, Customer Service can help extend it.

If you do not want the possibility of returning after a short break, consider the stronger self-exclusion control instead.

Self-Exclusion From Qbet

Self-exclusion is intended for situations where you want to stop accessing Qbet rather than simply take a short break.

The option is available under My Account → Responsible Gambling. Once self-exclusion is activated, the account is closed for the exclusion period and you cannot log in normally.

You can also request self-exclusion before registering with Qbet by contacting Customer Service through the available support channels.

If you contact us about changing a self-exclusion period, the request is reviewed through Customer Service. A cooling-off process may apply before account access can be restored during an exclusion period.

Self-exclusion should be treated differently from ordinary account closure. If gambling has become difficult to control, use the responsible gaming option rather than relying only on closing a session or uninstalling an app.

Reviewing Your Gambling Activity

Regularly checking account activity can make changes in spending easier to notice.

Pay attention to:

  • How often you deposit
  • Whether deposits are becoming larger
  • Total time spent gambling
  • Changes in stake size
  • Repeated deposits following losses
  • Casino and sports betting history
  • Withdrawals compared with deposits
  • Whether gambling exceeds the budget you originally set

Do not judge your gambling only by whether the most recent session ended in a win or loss. Look at activity over a longer period.

If you regularly change your planned budget while gambling, use the account limits rather than relying only on a personal target.

Signs That Gambling May Be Becoming a Problem

Gambling habits can change gradually. A problem is not defined only by the amount of money involved.

Consider taking action if you notice that you:

  • Spend more money than you planned
  • Gamble for longer than intended
  • Deposit again specifically to recover previous losses
  • Think frequently about gambling when doing other things
  • Hide your spending or activity from people close to you
  • Borrow money or use essential funds to gamble
  • Feel unable to stop even after deciding to do so
  • Neglect work, family or other responsibilities
  • Gamble when feeling stressed, anxious or upset
  • Feel that increasing stakes is necessary to get the same level of interest
  • Continue despite gambling causing financial or personal difficulties

If several of these situations apply, reducing stakes alone may not be enough. A timeout, deposit restriction or self-exclusion can provide a clearer break from gambling.

Independent support is also available for people affected by gambling-related harm and for friends or family members who are concerned about someone else’s gambling.

Do Not Chase Losses

Chasing losses means increasing or continuing gambling because you want to recover money already lost.

A previous result does not create a debt that a future casino round or sports bet is likely to repay. Continuing after a loss can instead increase the amount at risk.

If you notice yourself thinking that you need to place another bet simply to return to your previous balance:

  1. Stop the current session.
  2. Do not make another deposit.
  3. Review your transaction history.
  4. Use a deposit limit or timeout if necessary.
  5. Consider self-exclusion if the behaviour keeps recurring.

Money already lost should not determine the size or frequency of the next bet.

Gambling Is Not a Source of Income

Casino games and betting should not be used to pay debts, cover household expenses or replace regular income.

Do not base essential financial plans on expected winnings.

This applies even when you have previously withdrawn a profit. Results can change from one game, event or session to the next, and money placed at risk can be lost.

Set a gambling budget only after essential expenses and other financial commitments have been covered.

Qbet Accounts Are for Adults Only

You must be at least 18 years old to open a Qbet account.

Age and identity information may be checked as part of account verification. Qbet’s KYC procedures can include confirmation of identity and age eligibility.

Adults using shared devices should also take reasonable steps to prevent access by minors:

  • Do not share Qbet login details.
  • Log out of shared computers or tablets.
  • Protect phones with a PIN, password or biometric lock.
  • Do not save passwords on devices used by children.
  • Consider parental-control or website-blocking software on shared devices.

Never allow another person, including a minor, to use your Qbet account.

Responsible Gaming and Account Verification

Responsible gaming controls and verification serve different purposes but can both contribute to safer account use.

We may request KYC information to confirm identity and age eligibility. In some situations, enhanced verification may also include Source of Funds or Source of Wealth information.

These checks may include information about the payment method used, bank statements, payslips, savings or other sources used to fund account activity.

If such information is requested, provide accurate documents relating to your own finances and account.

Never use another person’s payment method or borrow money specifically to continue gambling.

If You Want to Stop Gambling

If gambling is no longer enjoyable or you feel that your control over spending or time is changing, do not wait for the situation to become more serious.

You can:

  • Reduce your deposit limit immediately.
  • Set a net deposit limit.
  • Enable an Activity Check.
  • Take a timeout.
  • Activate self-exclusion.
  • Contact Qbet Customer Service about responsible gaming controls.
  • Talk to someone you trust.
  • Seek independent gambling-support services.

Qbet self-exclusion can also be requested through Customer Service before an account is registered.

For people affected by gambling-related harm, independent organisations can also provide confidential advice, practical support and information for family members or friends.

Concerned About Someone Else’s Gambling?

Changes in gambling behaviour can also be noticed by partners, relatives or friends.

Possible warning signs include unexplained financial difficulties, frequent requests to borrow money, secrecy about transactions, significant amounts of time spent gambling or repeated attempts to recover losses.

You cannot control another person’s account on their behalf, but you can encourage them to review their activity, use responsible gaming controls and seek independent support.

Friends and family affected by another person’s gambling can also use independent support services.

Closing a Qbet Account

Ordinary account closure and self-exclusion are not the same control.

A standard Qbet account closure can be requested through Customer Service. If the reason you want to close the account is difficulty controlling gambling, choose Self Exclusion rather than relying only on ordinary closure.

Self-exclusion is specifically designed to restrict gambling access for a defined period and should be used when a stronger account restriction is needed.
